With 14 years in Arizona’s building industry, Erik Hernandez has successfully completed numerous multifamily new construction projects, ranging from horizontal renovations to multi-million dollar new construction. Erik’s role as Senior Project Manager is to work closely with you, public agencies and all parties to ensure agreed upon goals are being met through the project’s budget, documentation, technology, communication, and overall construction experience.
With over 20 years in the Arizona building industry, Matt has constructed almost $1 billion of projects ranging from multi-family projects to medical facilities. Matt has been a part of the last eight projects for Native American Connections and is an integral part of the team. His role as Project Manager is to work closely with the Owner, the subcontractors and all stakeholders to ensure the success of the project. Matt has completed over 20 LEED Certified Projects in his career.
Nick will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on-site, as well as overseeing the subcontractors and ensuring that safety, quality and an excellent product are delivered. With his career beginning in the trades, Nick has an excellent understanding of project timeline from cradle to grave, helping subcontractors meet and exceed schedules with his ability to coordinate trades.
